By joining forces, we’re taking steps to create a property industry that welcomes everyone—where any aspiring professional can envision a future.
At Octopus Real Estate, this partnership goes beyond traditional mentorship. It’s about sparking genuine career inspiration and empowering young people to see themselves in roles they might not have thought possible. Through “Brainery Days”, we’re making a tangible impact. Take Benjamin, one of our recent interns, who shared his journey on the UKREiiF main stage: “Before this, I didn’t know anyone who worked in real estate,” he said. “But now, I can actually see myself here.” Hearing stories like Benjamin’s reinforces why we do this work.
Hollie Hanrahan, our Investment & Operations Director, emphasises the deeper purpose of our collaboration. “Our work with Regeneration Brainery is about much more than hosting Brainery Days. We’re building pathways into the industry and closing the opportunity gap that still affects so many,” she says. “Brainery Days, hands-on internships, and mentorships are just the beginning—our goal is lasting impact.”

What’s next? We’re already gearing up for an expanded Brainery Day in February 2025, where students will learn about real estate, network with mentors, and discover how their unique skills can shape the industry’s future.
