The doors have been officially opened at Dataworks, the grade A medical and shared space building designed to act as a global hub for the life sciences sector and home to the industrial application of science in Northern Ireland. Based in south Belfast and an integral part of Kings Hall Life Sciences, Dataworks will act as the headquarters for London-listed precision medicine company Diaceutics, which will move into the building, as well as other life sciences companies, research groups and healthcare organisations, from multinationals to start-ups. Diaceutics will be opening their headquarters 1st August, their precision testing datalake houses over 300 million patient records and charts the patient testing journeys of patients in over 50 different countries for 35 of the leading cancers in the world and 200 other related diseases.
Octopus Real Estate alongside Benmore Group joined together as developers for the site, coming together as Benmore Octopus in this joint venture.
The official launch took for the opening took place on Thursday 24th June with Ashley Health from Octopus Real Estate attending the event hearing from a panel of industry professionals. To see highlights from the event you can watch the video below.
