Pre-approved auction loans

Any mismatch between the time to complete an auction purchase and the approval of a traditional loan is a challenge.
So, we developed the UK’s first pre-approved commercial auction product.
Launched with Acuitus, it’s available when buying commercial property at Acuitus auctions.

  • Can use for any commercial property auctioned for £500,000 or more.
  • 60% of purchase price provided on day of completion (net loan).
  • No separate valuation required.
  • Interest retained for the term of the loan.
  • Minimum interest period of one month.
