Octopus Real Estate secures site, subject to planning, for 80 bed care home in Blythe Valley Park development.

Octopus Real Estate, part of the Octopus Group and leading investor in healthcare facilities throughout the UK, is pleased to announce they have exchanged contracts with IM Properties to purchase a 1.4 acres site in the Blythe Valley Park development. Plans for an 80-bed care home including extensive landscaping on the land have been submitted to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.

Blythe Valley Park is an established 2 million square feet mixed use business park, strategically located in the heart of the UK, surrounded by stunning parkland and leisure facilities. Blythe Valley Park is home to world class occupiers and amenities with over 122 acres of beautiful parkland.
