As the NHS celebrates its 70th birthday this year, we continue to see our healthcare system grow alongside increased life expectancy, better medical technology and ever-improving patientcare. We pride ourselves in supporting the growth and development of healthcare in the UK. Working with GPs and practice staff, we help to plan and build new premises; from the acquisition of land to turning the key in the door.

As healthcare investors, we specialise in primary care, retirement living and care homes. With £700 million already committed in primary care buildings, we fund, design, develop, maintain and manage primary care buildings around the UK and Ireland. Together with GPI Healthcare Property Solutions, we create primary care premises with the aim to serve the local community now and into the future. Modern buildings and facilities provide patients and staff with an improved healthcare experience through reduced waiting lists and the wider provision of vital services.

We want to show healthcare in a different light, and we believe that collaboration with NAPC and GPI can provide the means to do so. An integrated care model allows patients with complex needs to be met, the wellbeing of GPs to be supported and a great environment for staff and patients to be created. From zero patients and zero staff, to a healthcare model that meets the needs of the local community, we transform GP premises to provide a brighter future for patients across the UK.

It has been custom designed by our healthcare development team for The Brendoncare Foundation who will lease and operate the new home.
